Background: Issei Jackson doesn't remember much of his parents. He had to start taking care of himself at a young age. He ran into people that would give him a home, but some of them weren't very good souls, and they put Issei through a lot more hell than he was already going through. At the age of 12, he found one home that made sure he had gotten the proper education and care. He even found ways to earn money. At first, his source of income was making digital art for people,  but after a couple of years, he ended up getting into peoni hunting. It turned out that his caregivers were a bunch of peoni hunters who would make extra money by taking on dangerous tasks given to them by clients from one of the Black Markets in the location. After a couple years, he grew tired of Borough City and left there to travel to another city called Forestopolis, where he finally felt more at home. He made more friends at the Forestopolis Academy during his highschool years, and he even developed a love interest for Tenacity. He can be fun to be around and it's never a dull moment with him. Don't think you'll catch him slacking, though, because he's always ready to pull out the katana, and he’ll have his weapon on standby when a mysterious stranger comes around and requests him to get rid of a few spirit hounds.
